Comcast Must Die Part Deux: The website now has a nice little commercial

By posting my problems at ComcastMustDie.com with my customer account number repeatedly and being firm in my demands over a period of couple of weeks with Comcast employees, I eventually got the Evil Empire to write me a refund check for over $700. This was to compensate me for lost time, lost wages and cell phone bill. Insist on the same for yourself.
