Halloween costume '70s flashback

I don't know who this guy is, but he appears to be dressed for Halloween as Warren Beatty in Shampoo. Who the hell does that in this day and age?!







I think the Annie Hall woman is a looker. How'd this guy end up with her? It defies logic.
